Breakfast had tons of choices, and the staff were super friendly. Just be ready for the occasional noise in the mornings with the bins being emptied.

The location limits dining choices, forcing guests to rely heavily on the hotel’s overpriced menu, which doesn’t always hit the mark. Additionally, the air conditioning struggles to maintain a comfortable temperature, paired with a ceiling fan that doesn’t quite do the trick, making for an uncomfortable atmosphere in the rooms.

my stay at gran melia was fantastic! the breakfast spread was amazing, with so many options, and the staff was incredibly friendly. the deluxe room with terrace was spacious and the bed was super comfy. i enjoyed the relaxation at the spa and the rooftop pool. they even catered to adults only, which was perfect for couples.

The staff at Gran Melia went above and beyond. Claudia checked us in and quickly resolved our room issue. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, perfect for relaxation. The beach nearby is stunning and ideal for sunbathing. The pool area has a relaxed atmosphere. The bar serves excellent cocktails, and the dining options offer a good variety. However, the check-in process was frustrating, as we waited almost two hours with an inefficient queue. Some breakfast dishes were lukewarm, and the fruit tasted a bit off. The noise from bins being emptied early in the morning disrupted our peaceful mornings. Despite these issues, the overall vibe made for a pleasant stay.
